Support

Write to help@multaxwallet.app, or post to the developer at the address below. We cannot recover a lost secret phrase or unlock password. Anyone asking for those words is not Multax.

Before you write

• Confirm you still have the phrase, stored offline. A new wallet uses 12 words. Import also accepts a phrase you already keep.
• A wrong lock password means the vault cannot decrypt. There is no reset by email.
• An EVM private key does not restore Bitcoin or the other native chains. Those need the phrase.
• If a site or a message asks you to type the phrase into a webpage or a chat, close it.

What we can help with

• The Android app: install, unlock, send, receive, or a swap you already confirmed.
• WalletConnect: scanning a QR code, pasting a wc: link, or disconnecting a site in Cabinet.
• A network that does not answer. You can point an EVM chain at your own RPC in the app.
• Privacy questions. See the privacy policy.

What a send cannot undo

A transaction that the network has already accepted cannot be reversed by Multax. Check the address, the network, and any XRP destination tag before you confirm.
